 It's the weekends once again. *sigh* And I can't enjoy myself yet. Many of my friends finish their prelims le. Some finished ytd, some today. And my last paper on monday. One paper ONCE A WEEK. My prelims really drag too long le lar~!!!!!!!! @#$%^&*#$%\ My aunt kept asking my family out on sundays..And I kept saying I cannot, coz I got exams. And she say " Aiya, you always have exam de lar".. I only have 2 exams the entire year. But once exam starts, it doesn't stop! And it'll drag for a very long time. *SIGH* :~( It's IT show this weekend. I still considering whether I shld get a laptop anot. But I doesn't really seem to need a laptop. Since I have the computer all to myself on weekdays afternoon. Only weekends and nights that i don't have access to it. That's why u seldom see me online at NIGHT! But I read the newspaper that they're offering alot of discounts this time due to the economic downturn. Which means there's a big bargain & many freebies!!!! But I hate crowds. Especially crowds at such fairs, where u can't walk properly, have to squeeze through everyone. *SIGH* I haven done much revision for ELC. Mainly bcoz i'm alr in the "holiday" mood. LOL. But I just realised ELC have ALOT to study. Oh man. I better pull up my socks & buck up. I want my A grades!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay, sorry that I procrastinated again although I said I shldn't do it. Haha. But Life's always like this huh? =X I have been reading the newspapers recently. And realised that there's a lot of suicide cases around the world. Especially in Korea and S'pore. There's abt 3 suicide cases of Korean actors & actress who committed suicide in a week. And 3 cases related to s'pore - 2 in local Uni, 1 at overseas. I read abt the army medical doctor. He's a promising young doctor but bcoz bound by his 10 yrs bond and does not feel the accomplishment as a doctor, he decided to end his life. I guess because of the complicated world, bounded by all the rules and regulations, with emotional & mental unstability, without any appropriate ways to vent out, it's difficult to not think adversely. It's important for friends to play an important role to prevent such cases from happening again. I remember there's this email that's circulating around last time, regarding this story of a boy who actually wanted to commit sucide, but after he met this friend of his, who stop and help him in time, he could have already been dead. And bcoz he didn't, he became very popular in school and became a better person. That story is very touching and serve as a good reminder to all friends. Help those who you think is in need. You never know what difference you can make in their lives! :)
