 Came back from the PAssion Run not long ago. 10km. I almost died. Hahaha. It's SUPER LONG....... I only like ran constant for abt 1.5km. Then I walk almost all the way. Walk super fast. Haha. Now all muscle aching. Lower part of the body aching all the way to my ankle. Took less than 2hrs to complete the entire 10km. My sis said not too bad for me, especially since i walking. Haha. Blisters on my toes. Haix. But weather was quite good today. Saw alot of young people, JCs, Sec Sch and Uni ppl. Fit Uncles and aunties. And of coz alot of ang mo atheletes. Saw small small lower sec kids running. Run faster than me. LOL. I admit I'm a super lousy friend. Don't expect too much from me. I'm sorry.
