Guitar SYF♥
 Today is Guitar SYF for JCs.. And SR's guitar ensemble got silver for this year. My bro's sch got silver too. Only 3 JCs got Silver, 5 got Gold with Honours and the rest are gold. I think this yr the judges are very generous with Gold and gold with honours, if it's our batch, most prob we can get our honours. Haix. I think kevin is disappointed, heard tt they are not given enough support frm the principal for guitar practices. And my bro say SR played till very messy, not very gd. I think kevin give a 'running notes' piece so they had difficulty playing. Maybe nxt time kevin shld choose a easier piece, but work on the musicality (the smoothness of the music) and actions? (those choir under "kuay's conduct" dance & sing at the same time for every piece, so all got gold with honours or gold). Haha. I think this yr's SYF really messy. For band, most of those gold with honours band got Silver this yr. It's really very extreme, and band members are very upset with the judges this yr. Out of 100+ schools, only 3 gold with honours band. Those who played very well for years got silver. My bro went to listen to 'cat the leg' sch band, and when they know the results, all his juniors cry. Ohh, I always can't bear to hear or see guys cry whether it's boys or men. haha. I know they trained very hard, my bro said they woke up at 4am every morning of the last wk to practice b4 school. And the instructor even book a chalet for the band to practice and watch sunrise to experience the feeling as their chosen piece is abt sunrise. Imagine you trained so hard for months with everyone, yet u clinched a silver where u can always choose a so much easier piece to play. They can even juz learn and play for SYF in juz one wk for a silver award. Haix. So sometimes i felt pretty sad to hear all this abt SYF and not clinching the one we wanted most. I don't like the present boss and company. Heard my supervisor said tt got 6 employees quit at one go coz of the way the company operates and also of shortage of manpower. This company is set up by my boss (female) and her husband 5 yrs ago. And my supervisor and the boss are gd friends since 1978. So the boss kip asking the supervisor to join the company to work as her secretary. But my supervisor is multi-tasking alot and had to bear with my boss's temperamental. Haix. Hopefully tml's the last day, coz I had finish all tt i'm supposed to do and i hope to try other kinds of jobs like relief teaching or sales? haha. okay. I still prefer to slack at hm and watch tv. LOL.
