Went to watch ' Just follow law' at Vivo with mh ytd. The show was nice & quite funny, but i still prefer "I'm not stupid 1 & 2", mh prefers 'Bao ba hai zi'. haha. But mh was 'hicupping' almost throughout the show. LOL. No lar. it's her usual way of laughing ' her her her'. hahaha.

Then we went to the $2 jap store mabel told me that time. And we bought quite alot of stuffs, i bought a mirror, 2 drink cans, cover ( for mum), 1 cookie tibit, sake lotion and a height measurement. Speaking abt the height measurement, i bought it for my nephew ( i muz be crazy, he's still very small). Aniwae, i ask meihui the following and this is her reply.

xr: How come this height measurement so short wan? how to measure?
mh: Aiya, u connect all 3 pieces, can measure up to 150cm, see. ( pointing to the label )
xr: How tall is 150cm?
mh: Er, Sabrina's height!! LOL.
xr: Orh, I'll tell sabrina~!! hahaa.

Okay, if sabrina read this, den too bad lar. If she never, i don't tink i'll tell her. LOL.

Ytd nite, i was browsing through my bro's AJ yr book. And i suddenly realised that ALOT of xinminians is in AJ as in the batch that is 1 yr younger than us. Some are juniors that I know like, Erica, Sally, Charlene Tan, huimin, cindy, etc. Some that are prefects/councilors like, Qi Cai, Weikang, Anita, Isadora, Samantha, etc. Those i know like aaron, justin, priscilla & pamela (twins), Rou hua, cynthia, shiying, kendrick, etc. Some that retain like esmond, michelle and jun da. Some others i recongnize but i can't find their name. LOL. It's quite alot le. And with this it brought back alot of memories I have in xinmin. Especially with my choir juniors.

I like all my juniors, especially those from my section, though not really everyone i like. haha. One or two that is really hard to control and, erm irritating to a certain extent. My favourite batch is still the batch that's 1 yr younger than us. Bcoz that is the batch i spend longer time with.

I know i'm not a gd senior, and i know in their eyes, i'm like irritating, kpo, strict, and crazy. Bcoz i always ask them to have sectionals, and once i even ask them to run round the field to train their stamina(but i gave up on that coz alot of them complain). Haha, yeah i admit lar. Coz it's quite difficult to control the sections and the entire choir when the president isn't doing much (my batch's president only do stuffs behind, she doesn't come in front to control the whole choir), perhaps the VP does do sth(only sometimes). So Xinni(Sop SL) & I ( Alto SL) had to do sth like train the rest. The guys side, aiyo, the SLs always like to play with the juniors, they don't really discipline them one. So everytime u only see the girls having alot of sectionals and the guys joining us sometimes. haha.

Some of my favourite juniors are Lirong, Erica, Eileen Chia, Joanne & shan shan. Some others like, selina, charlene goh, jade, huiling, si han, serene chew, patricia and candice are quite guai. haha. They seems hard to control, but as long as u sit dwn & tok to them nicely, understand their problems, they will listen to you. The other juniors are fine except 2 prominent figures.(C.T & A.N) haha. They are abit hard to control & they literally don't listen to u. In fact, they like to retailate and make things difficult for u. I rmb the last SYF, my conductor, mr yong, transfer some altos to sops so that they can sing a piece better, and xinni got the 2 problematic ones. Haha. They request to transfer one, not really mr yong ask them one. LOL.

Aniwae, some of them are not really happy with xinni & my way of disciplining them. The last SYF we had, during one of the combined choir sectionals. We had a big quarrel with the guy SLs, and J.L, I was quite hurt and cried non-stop (dat's the 1st time i cried so hard in front of them lar). I'm not sure whether it's on the same day or sth, while the sectionals still gg on, xinni came back with 3 juniors after they went out for lunch on their own. So i approach xinni and ask why they go out on their own while sectionals still gg on. I dunno why C.T was so angry or sth, she started scolding me and told me all really mean stuffs, how she hated the way i discipline them, blah blah blah. I was really really hurt that time. Yes.

Then i sat outside the sectional room, crying so hard. I'm thankful for benjamin who came out to console me at dat time. It's really gd that he came to console me lar. He told me abt how he struggled in choir, doing alot of chores but no one appreciates it. ( he always do alot of backstage and bought honey for the choir during concerts) He even told me abt the banana skin story which really sounds logical and ' an wei'. haha. After that incident, I decided not to shout at them or scold them animore, so when the teachers ask us to gather the choir, I ask xinni to call them den i'll juz stand there and wait. That's the last time I ever shouted at them. I dunno whether mh notice this lar, but it's really that incident that i change my ways and like slowly step-dwn frm SL.

Becoz it's like you did so many stuffs for the choir & section, but they dun really appreciates and even criticize u and told u how much they hated it. Your heart literally breaks lar. So i adopt Benjamin's Banana skin principle, ignore the fall and get on with ur life. hahas.
