 hihi.. today is the celebration of National Day..quite boring..aiyo..tis yr's organising committee really lousy...dey dun haf wet weather programme la..coz the j1 sat on the benches on the track..den until halfway it started pouring n rain heavier..those uniform marchers all drenched la..poor thing...really pity them..but dunno y tis yr dey add in the march in...LOL..or maybe last yr i nv attend the parade so i dunno got the march-in??..LOL... today is oso guitar farewell party..hmm..appreciates the effort the J1s put in in performing a guitar piece for us..n they took only 1 week to learn..not bad la..can at least hear the full song...really appreciates it..it's not easy for them to learn a piece coz many of them still not veri sure wif the notes...ya...gd job J1s~!!!... all of the J1 r assigned to design a postcard to 1 senior..n i got mine frm wan qian..thank you very much...the design is veri nice..got winnie-the-pooh n frens..it's really nice..i'll kip it well de...mabel's card oso veri nice...draw our name in the shape of an electric guitar..veri creative..i kept it in my wallet le..will kip it for as long as possible...hahaha..thx.. * very touched by mabel's efforts~!!! cheers~!! thx meihui for her DIY photo frame too..got my fav PINK colour..hahaha...she spent many months doing it for her frens..appreciates it too...*touched too..hahhaa...thx alot.. It's seems lyk ytd when we juz step into the ava room.. Where everyone are juz strangers.. You do ur stuffs.. I do mine... Kevin say we are not bonded.. He tried creating many opportunities to bond us.. Including the school performances & concert.. And YES we did not fail him.. WE bond as one... We went through thick & thin.. Running through all the pieces.. And rushing to shorten our playings into 7 mins.. It all seems so DIFFICULT.. BUT with our perserverance.. We succeeded in improving our skills n shorten the time.. Our skills are really so perfect.. More perfect than other JCs.. The DAY came & everyone was so excited.. We held high hopes.. We are so confident.. BUT luck wasn't with us... Our dreams crashed the moment we left the stage.. YES we know, we didn't played as well as usual.. It's that moment.. We were too excited... EVERYONE cried.. Including Kevin.. He blames himself for it.. And everyone else blame themselves for it.. Actually it's no one's fault.. It's juz that we lack the luck on stage.. IT's okie.. As MABEL says.. It was said that the higher you aim, The harder you fall... YET the harder you fall, THE higher you bounce.. Though we haven bounced back yet.. We are already preparing for the bounce.. GUITAR ensemble shared the closest bond more than other performing arts.. Which CCA grps : watch horror movies tgt, play pool tgt, chill out at kovan kfc, take neoprints tgt, sit at the same table on prom nite, go stay in chalet after As, and many more activities... And now, it's time for us to study hard.. I believe we can work hard tgt n strive for excellence.. Next yr when we came back to visit kevin.. We can PROUDLY announced to kevin.. We all make it to the University.. So that he can publicize that.. "YOU can get into the Uni if you join SRGE.." This is our nxt goal for all of us.. I believe that we can make it.. I do believe in miracles n dreams.. Let's soar up high n do KEVIN proud~!!.. CoZ SRGE 9th batch RoCK aLL the waY~!!!!.. - Cheers~!! -
